Trinity Solar

All promotions, discounts, incentives, rebates, gift cards, and special offers (collectively, “Promotions”) offered by Trinity Solar (“Trinity”) are subject to these General Promotional Terms and Conditions, together with any additional terms, conditions, eligibility requirements, restrictions, or exclusions applicable to the specific Promotion (“Promotion-Specific Terms”).

1. Eligibility. Promotions are available only to eligible individuals who meet the requirements established for the applicable Promotion. Eligibility may depend on factors including, but not limited to, age, homeownership, geographic location, product or service selection, purchase requirements, and completion of specified promotional activities.

2. Promotion-Specific Terms. Each Promotion may be subject to additional terms, including applicable dates, qualifying products or services, minimum purchase requirements, redemption procedures, limitations, and exclusions. Such terms will be provided in connection with the applicable Promotion and are incorporated herein by reference. In the event of a conflict, the Promotion-Specific Terms shall control.

3. Limitations and Restrictions. Unless otherwise expressly stated, Promotions are limited to one per household, may not be combined with other offers or discounts, are not transferable, and have no cash value. Promotions are not applicable to prior purchases or existing contracts unless expressly authorized.

4. Redemption and Fulfillment. Participants must comply with all applicable eligibility, submission, documentation, and redemption requirements within the timeframes established for the specific Promotion. Trinity reserves the right to verify eligibility and compliance before providing any promotional benefit. Any applicable fulfillment or delivery timelines will be governed by the Promotion-Specific Terms.

5. Modification and Cancellation. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Trinity reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Promotion at any time, provided that such action shall not adversely affect benefits already earned by eligible participants who have satisfied the applicable promotional requirements.

6. General Conditions. Promotions are subject to applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and are void where prohibited. Trinity reserves the right to deny promotional benefits in cases of fraud, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with applicable terms. Any applicable third-party products, services, or incentives may be subject to additional terms established by the respective provider.

7. No Purchase Necessary Where Applicable. Where a Promotion does not require a purchase, or where applicable law requires a no-purchase method of participation, the applicable Promotion-Specific Terms will identify the relevant participation requirements and procedures.
